About Nancy Young

I was born and raised on the South Shore of Long Island in West Islip. My very first steps were taken on a boat so needless to say, boating and Fire Island have always been a big part of my life. My husband and I share a love for Long Island and built our life together in West Islip, raising two daughters who inherently possess our boating genes.

My life experience includes Real Estate, Mortgage Processing, Mortgage Default and as a managing Paralegal of the Probate Department for a corporate law firm for thirteen years, I have extensive knowledge of the Surrogate Courts. I have benefitted by being involved with the many sides of real estate transactions, having learned the technical side, the process and results as well as the human emotion that is a great part of every transaction.  Undeniably, the Golden Rule is the most important aspect of my valuable experience. Knowing that I should treat and care for others, with honesty, loyalty, caring and accountability allows me to embrace the needs of each of my clients and customers by providing them with the individual service that is deserved.

Given the opportunity, I am motivated to share my knowledge, treat you like family and help you to make the financial decision that is right for you. Having joined the Netter Real Estate team in 2021, I look forward to working together with you to make all your Real Estate Dreams come true.
